We do not provide pre-paid return labels.
[Return Shipping Costs]
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages & Stolen Items
We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs after the package has been delivered to the specified shipping address. If the item is damaged during shipping or is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for stolen items once the have been marked as delivered by the carrier. if your package is stolen, please contact your local authorities and file a police report.
